Morocco-U.S.-Israel Tripartite Agreement, Message for Sustainable, Fair Solution in Middle East – FM

The Morocco-U.S.-Israel tripartite agreement is a message for a sustainable and fair solution in the Middle East within the framework of the two-State solution, said Morocco’s Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita, on Tuesday in Rabat.

Speaking at a joint press conference with the U.S. Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, at the end of their talks, Bourita said that this solution consists of the establishment of a Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, having East Al-Quds as its capital and living side by side with Israel.

The Moroccan minister added that this solution is in line with the vision of King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, for a city of dialogue, coexistence and cradle of all religions.

The U.S. Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, arrived on Monday evening in Morocco for a working visit.

This visit, which will continue until March 30, is an opportunity to review various aspects of the solid and multi-faceted Morocco-U.S. cooperation, said a statement from U.S. Department of State.

The two allies share common vision and values and are driven by the same determination to open new prospects for partnership in the service of development and regional and international peace, the statement pointed out.
