Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX)-listed healthcare investment and management firm Response Plus Holding (PJSC) is mulling plans to expand domestically and abroad including Ethiopia, India and Oman, Zawya reports.
The board of director of the company is expected to meet on Thursday to decide on the proposed expansion set to take place this year. As part of the plans, PJSC is eyeing Dubai, Ethiopia, Oman and Saudi Arabia, Zawya reports citing an ADX filing.
Founded in 2015, 2015, Response Plus operates as an integrate affiliate of VPS Healthcare, one of the largest integrated private healthcare service providers in the region. The firm provides primary and secondary healthcare solutions at remote locations for medical and non-medical organizations, operation and management facilities, hospitals and critical care units.
PJSC manages more than 260 site clinics and operates the largest private fleet of ambulances in Abu Dhabi.
