The Bahraini Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) convened recently a meeting of executives and employees’ delegates to ponder on means of improving the work environment and subsequently upgrade customer service.
All departments made propositions to improve employees’ productivity while respecting international standards. The possibility to adopt new working hours to optimize service was also discussed.
The meeting examined new incentive systems that will be implemented to motivate employees and stimulate their performance, highlighting the importance of making sure that the employee is rewarded for the implication he shows to his job and his company as well as to his country.
