Saudi Arabia, Russia ink judicial agreement in several areas including training, development of judicial cadres

The kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Russia signed Tuesday a cooperation agreement in the field of justice to train and develop judicial cadre and share benefit from both countries, Arab News reports.
Signed in the Russian capital of Moscow, the memorandum of understanding (MoU) according to the Saudi Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Dr. Walid Al-Samaani aims at strengthening international justice partnerships with friendly countries to benefit from comparative international experiences.
The MoU also includes, exchanging information and expertise between the two parties in the judicial fields, bilateral visits, conducting comprehensive studies on the activities of the judicial authorities, organizing seminars and lectures, and studying cases.
The deal also proposes training, development of judicial cadres, and preparation of specialized educational programs between the two sides to achieve knowledge enrichment, the Saudi media notes.
