Saudi Arabia Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman, MbS, successfully underwent a laparoscopic surgery at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, Gulf Business reports.
The surgery, according to state-run SPA, took place to treat appendicitis.
A video tweeted by the agency, showed the Crown Prince leaving the medical facility after being discharged.
The King Faisal Specialist Hospital in July also hosted MbS’s father and Monarch Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for medical tests due to cholecystitis – an inflammation of the gallbladder, Gulf Business notes.
