Qatar Islamic Insurance Group (QIIG) has entered into a digital partnership with global technology company SAP with aim to improve customer services, Salaam Gateway reports.
The three partnership deal will provide an integrated cloud platform application of SAP Customer Experience solutions and the SAP S/4 HANA real-time business suite to QIIG’s innovative insurance.
With the new service, QIIG can gain a single source for all information, streamline departments, and help to meet compliance on its stock listing on the Qatar Stock Exchange.
