Rove Hotels is opening shop in Saudi Arabia following agreement between the hotel group and Saudi authorities.
The hotel group has chosen the kingdom as its second destination in the region after establishing in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The future hotel property will be located in the Bay La Sun waterfront district of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) near Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship (MBSC) and a newly established entrepreneurship hub, reports say.
The construction work of the 240-room hotel will begin in the second quarter of 2018 and the opening is to take place in the fourth quarter of 2019.
