Over 1,500 delegates from twenty countries have already booked their seats for the fifth edition of the International Africa Development Forum to take place in Casablanca March 16-17.
The event will play out as meeting ground for African and international economic and institutional stakeholders to discuss “new models of inclusive development in Africa”, event organizer, Africa Development Club of Attijariwafa bank group says.
The platform provides visibility to large-scale investment projects and national development strategies while acting as a reference for public and private agents looking to contribute to Africa’s future.
The two-day event will bring together African economic and institutional leaders to ponder over a new strategy to tackle the continent’s needs in agriculture, power, housing, infrastructure and urbanization.
Delegates will take part in various panels and hold B2B meetings to discuss partnership opportunities and eventually sign contracts.
The event also features awards to celebrate best young entrepreneurs in “innovation”, “Social Entrepreneurship” and Sustainable Development.”
This year’s edition will honor Burkina Faso, Madagascar, Rwanda, Congo, Tunisia, Egypt, Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal.
The four previous editions were attended by over 5,500 delegates from 36 countries and marked by over 13,000 B2B meetings.
