UK’s national carrier, British airways will resume long-haul flight to Dubai from July 17 as air travel I industry is gradually bouncing back.
“Our current schedules show the LHR to DXB route will operate every other day from the 17th, and then daily from August 1,” a spokesperson for the airline told The National.
The first flight will be operated by a Boeing 777-200ER, Arabian Business reports citing aviation website Routes Online.
The announcement comes as UAE authorities indicated that tourists and visitors will be able to travel to the emirate from July 7. International tourists must meet requirement to enter Dubai.
Several other airlines are considering resuming flights to Dubai also next month. Turkey’s national carrier, Turkish Airlines is set resume its weekly flights from Istanbul to Dubai in July.
