Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will visit Saudi Arabia in February as Turkey works to thaw ties with Arab countries in the region.
Erdogan also announced he will also discuss trade with Saudi authorities.
Turkey has been pushing to end diplomatic feud with major Arab countries in the region.
Ties with Saudi went sour in 2017 after Ankara backed Qatar after the kingdom, UAE, Egypt and Bahrain severed ties with the tiny Gulf country. The ties further worsened in 2018 following the disappearance in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul of dissident Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
Saudi Arabia ran an undisclosed anti-Turkey policy as Turkish goods and services faced boycott in the kingdom.
In April and May, the Turkish leader discussed bilateral relations with the Saudi King Salman.
The diplomatic level, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu met in Riyadh with his Saudi counterpart Prince Faisal bin Farhan, the highest level of public contact between the two countries in years.
