CTP to invest up to $600m in Egypt over five years

European and business complexes builder, CTP, will inject between $ 300-600 million in 5 years in Egypt, the Egypt government said a Facebook statement.
Egyptian Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli, the statement said, met with CTP founder and CEO Raymond Foss, on Feb. 14.
CTP will build Cairo’s main logistical center, research centers, testing centers, entrepreneurship areas, small business and light industries, and huge warehouses for logistical activities and delivery.
The business complexes, two, in the Egyptian capital, will cover over 2 million m2 per and will generate 14,000 live jobs.
Based in Humpolec, Czech Republic, CTP was founded in 1998. The company’s portfolio of industrial and office properties comprised over 6.3 million m2 of leasable space in 2020. It is also present in Austria, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Slovakia and Serbia.
