The 9th international Middle East agri-Food exhibition (SIAL) opened on Monday in Abu Dhabi, with the participation of Morocco.
This participation, for the sixth consecutive year, is part of an ambitious strategy to promote Moroccan products, in line with the objectives of the Green Morocco Plan.
The Moroccan stand hosts 24 exhibitors showcasing local products of about 100 agricultural cooperatives that bring together more than 3,130 small farmers from all regions of the Kingdom.
Olive and Argan oil, honey, medicinal and aromatic plants, dates and spices are among the agricultural products displayed.
The Middle East 2018 exhibition aims to further strengthen its positioning as a platform to meet quality buyers in a trade business-friendly environment.
It is the meeting place for almost 14,700 exhibitors from 109 countries and 365,800 visitors from 194 countries, making it the world’s first food innovation network.
