Roberto Cavalli Group, one of Italy’s major fashion houses, has signed a deal to begin business in Bahrain.
Roberto Cavalli will deploy its know-how in luxury interior decoration in the little kingdom where it has been assigned to furnish 247 waterfront apartments located in the Waterbay luxury high-rise. The units will be on sale next month, with one costing up to €2.2 million.
The deal, signed with Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, makes the Gulf country the second country in the region through the real estate sector where the Italian group will operate.
In October, UAE’s DICO International, the strategic investment arm of DAMAC Properties Chairman and founder, Hussain Sajwani, signed a hospitality partnership with Roberto Cavalli Group. The Italian fashion brand will according to the partnership design the interior of DAMAC Properties’ AYKON Hotels located in Dubai.
Last year, the Italian Fashion House signed with the Emirati group a deal to launch the world’s first villas to feature Roberto Cavalli interiors, marking the renowned brand’s entry into real estate.
