Mastercard names Adam Jones for the role of Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Bahrain, and Iraq.
Jones, the company said in a press release, will handle the digital payments firm’s operation. Jones will equally team up with Maria Medvedeva, Mastercard’s Vice President and Country Manager in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, to boost the digital economy in the Saudi kingdom.
The new Country Manager joined Mastercard in 2015 as the Head of Commercial Products in the Middle East and Africa (MEA). In February the payment company expanded its business intelligence platform, Mastercard Market Trends, in the MEA region, Zawya reports.
